Our structure was founded by experienced partners from firms members of international networks specializing in domestic and international tax law, corporate law and labour law. We have chosen a compact and responsive structure serving clients mainly in Provence and Paris.
Our client portfolio consists primarily of listed groups and SMEs companies operating both in France and internationally.
